Are We In Sync With Why Jesus Came?

Jesus came to reveal God (John 17:25-26), but would we rather Jesus explain us to God? Jesus came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), but would we rather seek Jesus to be a weekend buddy? Jesus came to give us abundant life (John 10:10), but would we rather Jesus let us have abundant fun? We all need to look at why Jesus came, and then look at our expectations. Are we often disappointed with God, when the reality is God is disappointed in us.
