Rock exposed to the harshness of life;

The storms of nature form rocks of strife.

Rock bathed in the waters all around;

Slowly, hurtful, hurting edges drowned.

Rocks are each one’s life in metaphor;

Rough hewn, broken, cracked, dangerous or;

Smooth, beautiful, changed by being worn,

By The Rock, in Spirit, water born.
